Staff were accommodating, helpful and professional. The breakfast included in our stay was an all you can eat which included a good variety. Very close to convenient stores and a train station (all within a 5 minute walk or less). Didn’t have a bad thing to say about our stay! I enjoyed the trip and stay here much. ありがとう ございます!

Easy to get to the hotel by taking their shuttle bus.

Great place to stay near Haneda, only two stations away from terminal 3 plus less than 5 min of walk. Staff were super nice and helpful, and room was nice and well equipped. Definitely recommend.

Some of the staff were a little unwelcoming. Everything else was okay.

Staff were extremely helpful, service excellent. Though breakfast catered to Japanese guests, as westerners we found enough choice to enjoy a good breakfast. Shuttle service to airport on time and efficient. Room cleaning excellent! We highly recommend this hotel.
