a bit bigger than other hotels we stayed in Japan. Staff is very nice and efficient. Property is clean and pleasant albeit the hallways are kinda dark.

The location was very convenient, It's very close 5 minutes driving to the Port,15 minutes to airport. Walking distance to subway, restaurants, and to the beautiful China town.
The front desk staffs were very helpful, friendly, polite.
The room was very small. My friends' rooms were 2 and half size bigger than our room with the same price we paid for. The room was kind of dusty not too clean
Dining breakfast menu were not worth for the price we paid.
Overall it's a nice hotel.
