"Right above the train station and a metro station about a block behind, so transport is very convenient. Car parking is included in room rates, but the car park is opposite connected by an overhead bridge. Carrefour is not too far away. Only drawback is I didn't receive my VIP benefit likely because they used self-check in."

"Highly recommended to stay at Eslite Hotel. The staff are well trained and are welcoming. I experienced a major earthquake during my stay, and the staff did their best to help the guests. Staff were present at the staircase area to provide assistance as lifts were halted due to the earthquake. There is a 24hr bookstore right beside the hotel which is worth a visit. The hotel is right at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. There are a few small and interesting shops within walking distance from hotel that are worth checking out. The nearest train station is less than 10mins on foot (it was a scenic walk as you can cut through the park). Alternatively, you can always take taxi easily from the hotel to other places. Overall the stay was wonderful!"

"We by mistake booked an accessible room on the third floor with no window. We did not realized that this was for disabled people. That bathroom was specially equipped water splashed everywhere made very slippery floor for us. The front desk manager was so nice that he was able to change it back. Very good service I would surely recommend it. It is in a very convenient location."
