"The room was clean; the bathroom had no exhaust fan, so the room felt very warm when someone showered; the walking upstairs was loud (not the hotel’s issue, but it made the stay uncomfortable); the pool was ok, but small; gym was nice; front desk staff was very nice; breakfast was good; we stayed for 5 nights"

"My 5 star review is in part due to the staff. They were so kind, helpful, and went out of their way, on several occasions, to make our stay better. The rooms have laminate floors. I love this because their is no smell from old carpet. The room and bathroom were clean, the beds were clean and acceptable. They allow pets! I did not bring one, but there was no pet smell in the hallways or in the room. The pool was nice. However, the pool room needs some updating. We didn't utilize the complementary breakfast. It has cereal, breads, waffles, juice, milk, yogurt, and a turkey sausage/egg/pita thing available. You cannot take it to your room. The only complaint I have is that there is no elevator. If stairs are an issue, this hotel is not for you. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay, wonderful staff, clean rooms, and the kids enjoyed the pool. "
