This is a no-nonsense establishment with "everything you need and nothing that you don't". The location is within walking distance to a variety of restaurant of several ethnicities (During my stay, I went to a Thai restaurant, an American diner, a Chinese restaurant, and a Japanese restaurant). The room was clean and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The complimentary shuttle van was particularly convenient for both business and entertainment. The experience was all around great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance of the Metro and a nice variety of restaurants.The chocolates in the lobby were delicious.

I've stayed at this hotel every year for 8 years. Not the best, certainly not the worst. Could use new carpet in the hallways. But it's clean, the area is awesome, they take care of me and honestly, I've stayed at other hotels for more money and not had a better experience. If it's not a 'special occasion', it works just fine.

Convenient for quick trip

Hotel was convenient to red line. We came to town for March For Life. We were able to take red line and get to 270 N easily.

I did not get the room I asked for ended up with just on king for four people, lucky for us we had an air mattress with us. When I said something they said that is what ordered, when I had ordered a sweet. They offered on rollaway for free, when I had two kids. The house keeper knocked on our door at 8 am on our last day and tried to use the key to come clean the room. We had the lock thrown thank goodness, but we were all woken up. Then she came again before check out time. Clean place, but there were hiccups

Overall very good and easy but arrived 1:30 in morning and called ahead to notify but still waited 10 minutes for attendant to appear. Only a brief sleep stop on rhe way farther south.

A great value. Not fancy but clean with comfortable rooms and beds, and staff was delightful
