It is an old hotel, but the room is clean, the staff are very friendly and provided a good service.

Because of the epidemic situation recently ,I could not go to HK in 5 Feb 2020,I already applied to cancel hotel room,but not.

Perfect Kowloon Hotel

Beautiful hotel with a great location and amazing views. Staff was outstanding and the club level perks are tops and well worth the price. No need to go elsewhere to have cocktails and appetizers with gorgeous and dramatic Harbor views.

Nice Kowloon hotel a little remote

Nice hotel clean and large rooms, its about 15 mins walk from teh frerry teminla and the same to the underground. The walk to the underground is pleasant along the harbor front but be ware if most things you want to see are on the island this may not be the best choice. Nathan Rd shopping nearby and several restaurants around the hotel.

The rooms were larger than we were expecting and the bathroom was outstanding. Transport links are right outside the hotel with two different train lines operating a minute to 5 minutes away that can take you almost anywhere in hong kong, there is also a taxi stand outside if you need one. the iconic victoria harbour is also a 5 minute walk away which also leads to the star ferry terminal if you want to cross to hong kong island and other islands. staff were incredibly friendly and was left flawed by their excellent english. a handy phone that doubles as a portable wifi was complimentary with the room which was invaluable during our stay. cleaning staff left our room in immaculate condition each time. we only had time to try one of the hotels restaurants; cafe kool. the buffet quality was high and the proce very reasonable for the selection of food available, we even came back for dinner during one of the days of chinese new year and could see how popular it is with how busy it was. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and couldnt reccomend it enough to anyone coming to hong kong

close to MTR station, shopping, food excellent view of the harbour

I loved the high level of service and comfort at this hotel. It is truly a first class experience. The only thing to improve would be the toilets. They do not flush well sometimes.
