The location is really good for shopping and eating, the hotel provides free phone so it is helpful especially when you are getting lost. The bad thing is that during the check-in some customers dont line up properly, and the staff seems not to mind, because they entertain them unless someone complains.
The room given to me was next to a constructing billboard, so it was quite noisy during morning.
Once in the lifetime, must try staying with Hullett house, Everything went smooth n perfect..
I love the castle peak, nice Scottish interior design with well-equip electrical appliance..
Caught us off with surprise when they deliver a birthday cake on my birthday when nil plans pre-arrange..
Highly recommend to couples planning for quiet staycation or honeymoon...

Hotel icon has everything and we will stay there every time we go back to hong kong. The staff are wonderful and take care of everything. The 9th floor pool is amazing to swim in while looking over the harbour. highly recommended hotel.
Our room made our stay in Hong Kong all the more special. The view of the entire harbour was amazing! We had originally booked the standard room, however upon arrival, not only did we get to enter our room 5 hours before normal check in time, they offered us a room upgrade by two standards.
Stayed at the Mira based on a friends recommendation. It was great to see that the hotel lived up to the hype. The room was fantastic although I wish the city view was better. Also, the staff was accommodating and very polite. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat!!!
Discover non-stop shopping, famous landmarks, and world-class museums (from art to science) in Tsim Sha Tsui. Serious shoppers should try the Harbour City shopping complex. Nathan Road’s Golden Mile offers more of the local scene. Canton Road offers designer labels, and Granville and Cameron roads boast bargain clothing. Head harborside to the promenade for the nightly Symphony of Lights show.
