Location of the hotel in relation to proximity in the airport.
Unfortunately I wasn't able to get get a refund because of changes on the plan that is beyond my concern although we didn't stay pretty much in the room( /- an hour).

On the same level of Terminal 3 international departure , so convenient !

I like the place for its great location (easy access to eateries opening around the clock at weekend), friendly staff, efficient check-in and check out processes. The room is clean and spacious too.

Good place to stay overnight. Custmer service is good.
Room small no hot coffee or tea .
For room type ,hotel price is too high..
Hard part going through immigration, just to stay in the hotel is very inconvenient. I just neededthe transit hotel.hard for older customer to wait in long line to go through security and immigration.

Generally try to stay here before travel, location is perfect, service friendly and professional, room quite comfortable with nice amenities.
