The single room is small. However, the A/C works great and the staff was very courteous and helpful.

Very good stay at Shinjuku Washington. Good location. Room a bit on the small side though.

The rooms are very compact which can be a challenge for us westerners (US) especially if overpacked but everything else was really lovely and the staff were very helpful and accommodating
On a return visit I would really review the various dining options but the Manhattan room breakfast buffet was especially outstanding
