Exceptional stay at the Palace hotel, service was immaculate. The room was large with beautiful view of Mt Fuji in the distance and overlooking the Imperial Palace and park. The hotel is in the CBD so it's pretty quiet and corporate so you need to travel a little for the buzz and choices of restaurants but it's very close to Tokyo Central station you can get anywhere easily

Club Lounge hours, should be extended.
Items for breakfast are unchanged daily, consider having a variety of Japanese cuisine.

I travel a lot internationally for work, and i am not too restricted by my company’s travel budget for international travel, and i can honestly say this is the nicest hotel (for business) from top to bottom that I have ever stayed in the world. If i had to list a complaint, i just dont think I could conjure one.

Absolutely exceptional stay! We stayed a week for the Tokyo Marathon and we couldn’t be more happy with the location and hotel it’s self. It is truly 5 stars! Will be returning with the family!

Excellent property, outstanding service, and even if I tried, I don't think I could find a single thing to not be happy about. Stayed here 3 nights at the start of our trip and stayed at the Four Seasons Marunouchi for our last night of the trip. If you are trying to decide between the two, I would highly recommend you choose the Palace. Four Seasons was great...The Palace was better.
