Beautiful hotel, the attention to detail is fantastic. The entire staff was always very attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast too.

You won’t find a better hotel with excellent service from when you get out of your taxi to when they walk you through the hotel to get you to your room. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in my life. Would come back.

Outstanding. A classic hotel with outstanding Japanese service and care. Bathroom a bit small but not an issue.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing. I really like the Frank Lloyd Wright touches. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
