For the price during high travel (Cherry Blossom Season) Can't go wrong with this property. It's about a 15min walk from Shinjuku Station (once you figure out how to get out if the station. Lol)
7-eleven is just around the corner and plenty of dining options with in 10min walking radius.
The room itself was clean and amenities were great, but just a bit outdated. Could use an upgrade.
The staff was very friendly and professional. Would recommend this place to any first time traveler to Japan.

The property was very clean and provided amenities easily accessible both on the floor and on the level you stay at. Very easily accessible to two Yamanote line stations

Great hotel for the price. Only issue was the pillow was weird. I believe it's called a Sobakawa type pillow but that was a bit unusual. Not bad, but unusual.

It's perfect spot when Villa Fontaine locates in Shinjuku which makes it easy to get to anywhere in Tokyo. The area has plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping department. In addition, the service of the hotel is excellent, staff is very professional and helpful. We had a good time in Tokyo.

Staff were very accommodating and all spoke English. Great personal amenities that you could pick and choose from. Rooms were quiet despite being in the middle of lots of nightlife. Was walking distance to many train stations and fun things to see and shop.

This location is like the heart of Shinjuku Japan. You have food, bars, transits and everything by walking distance. CLOSE BY WALKING DISTANCE. Def will be staying here again if I ever visit Japan again.
