Overall it's a nice Property in a good location.
Be awake that check in time at this hotel is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am and this is strictly enforced by this hotel to the minute.
The female reception staff were friendly enough but male staff not.
I have to mention that the floor of the room was extremely super dirty my slippers were black and sticky.Looks like the floors are just vacuumed but never washed or wiped with water!!
Besides that everything else was okay.Its what to be expected of a 3 stars hotel.
Another thing to mention is that the hotel restaurant is super expensive.I also enjoy having meals at the hotels I stay at but it was just unfortunately unaffordable here.

I'm not sure I would stay here in future there are many other hotels to look at!

This hotel was really nice and the staff were great! They allowed us an early check in and to keep our bags at the property on check out day so we didn’t have to lug them around before we left the area. The on-site breakfast had a huge variety. There is SO MUCH around the hotel as well from shopping, to convenience stores, to food. The room was a good size and the TV had streaming capabilities.

Nice hotel centrally located in Ginza! Easy access to the subway. Staff were friendly and helpful! Rooms were well sized for Japan!

The property was in good walking distance to various restaurants, subway and shopping. The hotel room was pretty small for 2 adults and a child but this is in Ginza so it is probably normal. The front desk staff was very helpful and spoke English pretty well. Yamato delivery was across the street so it was very convenient to ship luggage from the hotel.
