This property has great location but suffer from bad cleaning jobs
When I check in to my room
I find a dirty coffee table
I have to clean it before I can use it

Amazing view of the city, courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was average. The best part is that it’s right next to the train station! The price is not bad for what you get. The room is small and the bathroom needs an update

The building reception is hard to find the elevator to get to it. The remote is hard to navigate and the channels are not catered to foreigners. Nothing to watch at night. The room is a little small but the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Great location at Tokyo station with numerous shopping centers and dining options available. Hotel was clean and rooms were decent size!
