Good hardware, service is not luxury hotel’s level
Staying at executive room. I arrived little bit earlier. No staff care for my checkin even if I am waiting for an hour. At last, I clarified and the staff did nothing - very unpleasant and see the unprofessional manner. The hardware, room, and staying experience is excellent, but the executive lounge is clap - food is like garbage. I might stay again, but I just consider to just booking a room. bunch of good restaurant is aroundthe Shinbashi/Shiodome area. The last thing my remarks fair - the bay view including Hama Rikyu park is worthwhile to enjoy.

Overall an excellent hotel to stay at during my stay in Tokyo. Only down side is the pricing as accommodation is a bit on the expensive side.
