Very good location, great service. Close to the subway, JR line and the busc terminal. Also the Gyoen National garden is just a 10 min walk down the main road!

Very convenient hotel in Shinjuku!

Posted 05 28, 17
The hotel is very clean and very well located in he heart of Shinjuku. The hotel itself is a little bit older than some of the newer ones around but the upside of that is you get a bigger than normal room. The only downside is that breakfast finishes at 10am and when you're on holidays you normally want a sleep in so 10am was a bit too early for us. Would defo come back here again!

Nice hotel close to Shinjuku station

Posted 05 28, 17
The hotel itself was great. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and close to Shinjuku station. The challenging part was the staff spoke very little English, which made it challenging to communicate with them. Also, there is no concierge so make use of the tourist information center located conveniently at the Shinjuku station.

Comfort stay for a night

Posted 05 28, 17
I booked a king size bedroom. About 8-10 mins from shinjuku station if you can find a correct exit because the station is very big. The room is not very big but it's nice for one guest even two guests. Didn't use the hotel facilities so not sure about others. Only communicate with the staff when check in so not sure how good is their service. You have to bring your luggage up to the room. Location is good. Surrounded by food and shopping. Very near to highway bus terminal. I took the highway bus to kawaguchiko.

This hotel is located in Shinjuku area which has many restaurants and easy access to subway system. Rooms are larger than your average hotel room in Tokyo.

Nice hotel room with free wifi

Posted 05 21, 17
Pros: We requested high floor and be close to the other room we booked and they made it. Very nice.
Cons: Renovating the bathroom.
Location: It's close to the Express Bus Station, it's convenient if you want to explore the surroundings of Tokyo including Kawaguchiko and Hakone areas.
People said they saw Mount Fuji but due bad weather we couldn't see it, however, the stay was good. The bathroom, the bed, the TV, the Wifi were all good. It's near the Shinjuku Station, you can almost go to everywhere within an hour including Kawagoe and Yokohama area.

Nice room with a great view, conveniently located

Posted 05 21, 17
Pros: Its view from high floor was excellent.
Cons: One day we forgot to put on DND sign, the hotel staff put my pyjamas and towel on the keyboard which I thought was kinda unclean.
Location: There are many malls and restaurants around to explore.
We requested a room on high floor with skytree and tokyo tower view, they're far but good enough and we got to see the tokyo metropolitan which was amazing! It's conveniently located 5 mins walk from the JR station, so we took NEX to the hotel with lots of luggages, we could reach the hotel by getting out from the koshu-kaido gate without climbing steps (either turning left through the southern terrace or right through the takashimaya department store) because of the slopes it's better to go via southern terrace and leave via takashimaya. It's not a new hotel so the bathroom is a bit old style but still clean and nice. If you don't have breakfast at the hotel you may go to the opposite department store basement food market to grab something to eat.
