Perfect for people like me who just want a clean, safe, and affordable room in a good location. It has all you need without forcing you to pay for wasted space. Great location.

Restaurant is dirty and food was bad and very expensive. Room was very tiny and a little dirty.

Quiet walkable catholic Japanese neighborhood close to many great little coffee shops. Very good location in reference to akihabara and Narita

Not the best APA

The bed is so old. The middle sinks so low and some springs stick out so much. It is well worn out mattress. The shower wall has black mold and bidet wand has so much brown spot.

I liked this hotel. Overall cleanliness was good but the bed scarves in 2 different rooms did not look clean.

I’ve always had very good experiences at APA, until I stayed at this hotel. One of the most important things for human health is sleep, and a good bed is a foundation of good sleep. My bed was so soft in the middle that I could barely sleep at night after the jet lag and already being sleep-deprived from a long flight. To the hotel’s credit, the staff was extremely quick to respond, came over and flipped the bed which was a good temporary solution, and I am very grateful to the staff’s diligence. Japanese work ethic never ceases to amaze me! I hope the management addresses these basic issues and fixes their beds, which is one of the fundamental elements of a good hotel.
