The location is excellent. It was just next to Keisei Skyliner station.
Restaurant are fair fair that if you just want something make you full.
For the hotel itself, the rooms are small, your baggage are unable to open fully unless you do it on your bed.
Cleaness are acceptable. Minor smell from toilet and shower facility.

The bed was too soft. My wife's back begin to hurt after we left the hotel.

The staff was super friendly and patient, as is normal with Japanese hospitality. Rooms are small but laid out very efficiently. Loved that it was seconds away from Ueno Park. Would definitely consider APA Hotels for future stays.

Location is great but the room is designed for very very very small guests. Be aware to get the breakfast along with the room because for some unknown reason Korean cafe do not open until 10 am , I couldn’t believe it but overall the hotel is pretty good

Easiest place to stay when arriving from Narita Airport on the Keisei skyliner. Ueno Ameyokocho is great for eating and shopping.

Rooms are very small but have all the require items one requires. Bed was comfortable. Very good breakfast. Easy check in

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and had good amount of natural light. Location is conveniently right beside the train station. Bed is too soft to sleep on comfortably and I didn’t like that the tv turned on automatically.
