The property was in a good location for us. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and courteous. My main issue is in the restaurant. I went there for lunch and breakfast. Lunch was nice however as a group of 4 we had to sit on two seperate tablesdue to the serving trays not fitting on. The reason was not communicated to us at the time and i figured this out by observation. This defeated the purpose of a relaxing lunch aimed at talking about our plans for the rest of the day. Breakfast was over priced. While there was a nice selection for japanese people, it was lacking for someone with a child who does not eat cornflakes. Sliced bread instead of flavoured rolls would be great. I speak japanese but even so found the male waiters abrupt verging on rude when trying to ask them questions. I would come back to this hotel as it is good value for what i was looking for but would be looking to eat elsewhere.
