"This hotel is in a hub of activity with food and shops and energy everywhere, plus it's close to a major bullet train and Narita connection station (Ueno) and walkable to Asakusa, Senso-Ji and the museums and art galleries. We initially had trouble asking reception a question before our arrival, but closer to the stay they were responsive and able to store luggage before and after our stay."

"The superior double twin room was great. Not huge but just enough had a nice little corner couch, perfect for suitcases. Little fridge, and safe, bidet, hairdryer etc all supplied Their pillows are very hard and seemed to have “dried beans”in them. They do offer an upgrade but we’re out when we tried. Our airplane neck pillows saved us!!otherwise everything was perfect. Staff was super nice!"
