Very old! Poor breakfast. No heating system, that’s why cold in room.

Some receptionists are really finding their way to help you out, some are not as friendly as the others. Except for the strong cigarette smell by the hallway & in the room, the experience was 8 out of 10 as our 3 nights stay was comfortable enough. They have big double bed by the way and they gave us a discount on the extra head per night. Customer service is good at this hotel :)

Roomy and comfy

Room was spacious and clean with windows, but more keys can be issued for travellers staying together but have different schedules.

Not one for comfort

The hotel is very dated. The hotel has a damp/mould smell in the landings that carry into the rooms. The drains in the bathroom seeps drainage smells strong enough to wake you in the morning. The website makes the rooms look bigger than they are. The only bonus is the staff are friendly and it’s clean enough to tolerate the bad points. If you’re looking for comfort this is not a good choice.

This hotel looks new and location is great. Has parking lot for cars. However, the cleaner aunty is rude and Sometimes receptionist has bad attitude. But what’s intolerable is.... all 4 of us got bitten badly by bedbugs which clearly shows that the bed linen has not been properly washed & handled.

Firstly, the hotel isn't as big as the photo shows as well as the room layout is badly designed. Secondly, the room condition was bad and with some foul smell even when you're at the lobby or lift. The building stated smoke-free. However, almost everywhere has a heavy cigarette smell. Thirdly, the condition inside the rooms are so bad with ceilings peeling off and mold everywhere. Overall the services provided by the staffs are good and they provide a map to navigate around the vicinity as well as going to Ximen station.

Overall, a good stay. The location is very convenient and there are a lot of eateries around. Walking distance to a couple of places of interest. Room facilities are basic and outdated but is clean. Wifi connection is good. There are A LOT of tv channels and always showing good shows. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed staying at your hotel, with comfortable room, friendly & helpful staff, safe & good location. Also I have 2 suggestions: 1) to put a Personal Computer (PC) for your guests at the Lobby area. Somehow I missed checking my emails and online news; 2) to review & maintain properly the equipment at the Gym-12th floor. The exercise cycle was OK but not the two treadmill machines (i.e. one was not working at all and the other one was stopping after 5 minutes using a high speed). Cheers, Nelson.
