The hotel is so conveniently located - mere steps to the airport in Sydney. The room was clean and quiet. Our flight out was delayed 12 hours, we were able to book a late stay (for $100) for a 5 pm check out. Made a miserable day much more tolerable! Staff was helpful and friendly.

The Rydges Hotel is literally across the airport driveway from the International Terminal (T1) at Sydney's Kingsford-Smith airport, near the escalators that take you up to the departure level. It was ideal for our early morning departure. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient too.

Extremely easy access from the international terminal. Early check in. Good room & breakfast buffet. Made in transit travel a breeze.

Stayed here for 2 nights. It's so convenient when catching an early morning flight back to NZ. We booked a Deluxe King Airport View room, that got us on the 4th floor. Whilst we had quite good runway viewing, higher would've been fantastic for us plane spotters!! The room was very comfortable, clean, modern & surprisingly quiet. The bed suited both of us. The shower had great pressure - had both a slide & rainfall heads. Definately a good room for 2 adults.
