Have stayed here a few times and it’s always good. We were given a room this time with a broken blind and they switched us rooms straight away with no hassle. The only thing I noticed was the standard of housekeeping. The rooms seem like they were rushed through with not enough towels, beds made sloppy and not restocking bathroom supplies adequately. Is saying that though we called for more towels and supplies and they were bought up with no hassle and very quick.

We had the best stay for our 10 year anniversary. Merry made check in a breeze and even gave us a very generous room upgrade which made the night even more special. Thank you Merry & the team at the Star for giving two very tired parents a night to remember!
