"The gentleman that check us in at the counter table was super professional and kind. He seen that my friend was up set about a situation. And he made sure to reassure my friend that our parking would be fine with kind words written on the back of our parking pass. And the gentleman also gave us another gesture of kindness of a sweet treat of the most delicious chocolate chip and nuts cookies we both have ever tasted. I didn't notice the kind words on the back of my parking pass until the next morning when I went to remove from my car dashboard. I shown it to my friend which made him smile. Wish I got that gentleman's name. Hope he read this. I want to say thank you."
