Newly renovated and stylish. Convenientky located. A few bad points: The sun loungers were crammed in around the pool so you practically touched the strangers next to you. The wall next to our room was used everyday to leave the dirty room service dishes, towels from the rest of the rooms on our floor and mops.

The hotel and location is great for Miami Beach but house keeping is a mess. The first day we arrived, showers were so dirty it was moldy. My children kept finding coins and stuff everywhere in the room. One night, turn down service was at 11pm, entering and waking up everyone. Pool service is good.

I was charged an extra fee for parking but I wasn’t told I was going to pay for it when I arrived, I paid for a resort fee, but I didn’t feel like it

We had the most wonderful stay! The hotel is perfectly kept, and every staff member was gracious and polite. Wonderful pool and beach, and we ate at the hotels restaurants twice durning our stay. The food pool side was not to my taste and was quite expensive but again you are paying for the overall experience which was wonderful. We will make this an annual trip and continue staying at Loews.

The gym is too small, particularly when there are plenty of people using it, at which point it becomes dysfunctional.

dobra lokalizacja, piękne i czyste wnętrza części wspólnych natomiast bardzo brudno w pokojach. pokoje sprzątane bardzo słabo.
bardzo zatłoczona plaża i basen. przez 4 dni nie było gdzie się położyć więc z tego w ogóle nie korzystaliśmy.
