Staff with smile all times service 😀 was made easy. Reception counter need to improve services faster to enter room easier and early. Everywhere crowed in star hotel can see 👀

The place is what you expect from a vacation resort. Did not disappoint. Location great, different walk paths for evening strolls, taxi is cheap to get you too tourist stuff or shopping. There’s a cable car network right outside the hotel.
Breakfast buffet has so much food, you’d think you were in Las Vegas buffet inside a casino.

Great sea front property. Large pool w adult only area was great. Chairs, umbrelllas and towels provided. Great pool bar w chair service. Excellent buffet breakfast and room service. Bubble bar was our go to spot for a drink. Always friendly service. Shangri-la is a great brand!

Old run down property. No nice restaurants or bars rooms very old not worth the money and much nicer places in Sentosa to stay
