Room is stuffy and could use better ventilation. The hallway is muggy but the reception area is ok. Gym was fairly clean with basic equipment.

Well located and pleasantly appointed hotel in the vibrant Bencoolen neighbourhood. Like most of Singapore, it simply works well, in a quietly impressive and enjoyable way. Highly recommended.

The staff was very helpful and always helped us book a taxi when we needed it. They were even able to book a large taxi to accommodate all our luggage when we checked out and were headed to the airport. We also had a super late check-in when we first arrived (around 0200) and had no issues checking in. Everything went smoothly. A 24-hr 7-eleven was literally on your right-hand side when exiting the hotel from the main entrance. And within walking distance was a food court with many options. Not too far from the food court was the Rocher station. Great location and experience overall.
