The hotel's location (near Orchard Road, the Botanic Garden, Tanglin Mall, and an MRT station) is its biggest asset. But the hotel itself is quite nice as well.

The hotel is connecting to the mall with a bridge and it only takes 2 mins by walking. There is a supermarket at the mall and some other dining options, which is great. Staffs are helpful in arranging two rooms next to each other so that I can easily looking after my grandparents.

Our room was adequate but pillows were terrible - shower was good. Staff could be friendlier.

A little off the beaten path, and not much to do in the immediate area, but rooms are clean and well kept, and the staff are pleasant.
