Staff allowed us to get early check in after long flight. Room is clean and being tidy up in evening. Room service also available for 24 hours. Perfect staying for us. Would love to stay again in future.
Oh yeah, door man at Fairmont is very friendly and funny too.

What a beautiful hotel. The room was absolutely wonderful, had everything you needed, The staff were all friendly and helpfull. Wouln't hesitate to come back again.

I cannot begin to rate this hotel! The staff were amazing. From check in to check out - we had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Bern particularly helpful! We really enjoyed our trip. We would definitely be back.

We had an excellent stay. The property was conveniently located to great dining and shopping options, as well as transportation to the bus tours. Our room had an exceptionally beautiful view of the marina and surrounding city. The workout facilities was good while the pool was adequately prepared for the avid lap swimmer, as well as the family swim. All in all too short of a time for a very comfortable stay.

Although booking was done through Expedia it wasn’t showing on Fairmont’s system hence check in took really long to sort out however staff were so efficient and friendly and upgraded our room as well as gave us free breakfast. Will definitely recommend! We stayed to view NY fireworks it was worth it!
