"Great staff service before and during our trip."

"Excellent 4 star hotel, lived up to my expectations. Bit of a walk from the station, but easily walkable, can do mostly underground walkway if necessary. Staff are plentiful and are above and beyond in service. On Premier floor, lounge was a bit of a disappointment, snacks small, but well presented, had to pay if you wanted a glass of wine. Otherwise a great stay."

"Lovely experience. Fun room setup (low beds, sunken sitting/eating area. Excellent onsen bath/sauna. Skipped restaurant cuz seemed expensive given other close options. Good location for walking to downtown sights. Would definitely stay again."

"Nice onsen area, open air onsen is a bit small but nice. Very nice rooms and I enjoyed my stay"

"The room I was placed in here was much larger and nicer than other business-class hotels I've stayed in in Japan. There was a laundry machine (washer dryer combo) in the room (with detergent included), although the dryer didn't work great with a large load. The internet was fast, especially the upload speed (I recall seeing ~100MB/s down and ~200MB/s up from a test). The staff was polite and usually said a greeting when I passed through the lobby. The location is very convenient for seeing Sapporo (Odori Station is one of the two large stations in the city, and only one stop or a ~10-minute walk from Sapporo Station itself). The ferris wheel and various anime shops are less than 10 minutes' walk away, if you're interested in any of that."
