Great view and awesome location

Pros: Loved the snack and gift shop instead of the usual vending machines, location, really nice western breakfast (get the fluffy omelette), modern room.
Location: You have the playground of Shinkjuku and Shibuya on your doorstep, easy train connections to anywhere in Tokyo.
This location is fantastic, literally 5 minutes walk from Shinjuku station and the Narita Express trains, Shinkansen or Subways. I had a panoramic room which gave an truly wonderful view of Tokyo, especially at night. The room was clean and large by Tokyo standards, and quite modern. Really nice comfy bed. Average bathroom, nice modern facilities and staff were friendly and helpful on checkin. Late checkout was easy to arrange and I would highly recommend the hotel for business travelers as the work desk was great and WIFI fast and reliable.

Room with a view!

Perfect hotel for a visit to Tokyo. The Century Southern Tower offers spectacular views! The lobby is on the 20th floor and our corner room on the 26th overlooking both the Shinjuku Garden and Yoyogi Park/Meiji Shrine. Rooms were spacious (for Japan), clean, and well stocked with amenities. We didn't try the restaurants, they were expensive and there were many other options nearby. The hotel is between the Shinjuku and Yoyogi stations which made seeing Tokyo via subway very convenient. If you are arriving via train, I recommend using the Yoyogi station. Shinjuku is considered the busiest rail station in the world and navigating it is a challenge. From Yoyogi, the walk is simple.

This is a great hotel very close to a busy train station. Not my favorite area of Tokyo but very well located for visiting other areas of the city. Luggage forwarding can be done in the little convenience store in hotel. This is a great idea.

Just a few minutes walk from Shinjuku station. Opposite Takashimaya and tokyu hands. It's very very convenient. Lots of eating places and shopping Malls etc. Rooms can use a bit of refurbishing. Hotel staff can communicate with simple English.

Great hotel, good location

We stayed at this hotel twice on a recent trip to Japan. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are extremely helpful and genuinely friendly. The area is lively with many dining and shopping options. In addition, the hotel is located within 5-minutes walking distance from 2 different train stations, and a subway station is just across the street. I would stay here again.

well located comfortable hotel

Pros: Clean, well located and pleasant staff. Rooms whilst not overly large were adequate.
Hotel is located very conveniently. It is not overwhelming in size but has many of the facilities one expects in a modern hotel. Room was comfortable and the view very impressive. Many big stores nearby and train connections. Breakfast buffet was fine.

Best location for shopping

Posted 07 9, 17
Pros: The location and the panoramic views from the top floors.
Location: Great location for shopping and right in the Shinjuku station doorstep.
I decided to book this hotel specifically for the panoramic views only to find out that I had paid for a scenic room instead. I am pretty sure I chose the right room as shown on the expedia website. Anyway, I had to pay extra Y4320 for the upgrade. I am happy with the panoramic views. I miss the turn down service though.
