房內空間大，但設備殘舊，預訂了禁煙房間，但結果被分配到19樓的房間，房間的煙味很久，開著空調味道仍久久不散，晚上要求換房間，結果服務員說房門爆滿只能隔天給我們換，只好在煙味很重的房間睡一晚，衣服和頭髮都是煙味，十分痛苦。
第二天換了房間就沒有煙味但設備仍然殘舊，感覺不好。

This is a 5 star review for the hotel and the previous general manager Kai Patry.
We booked a trip back in 2018 to Shanghai with my family and family in law. Due to personal issues, we were stuck in Shanghai and had to stay in this hotel for almost a month. The hotel team tried their best to accommodate us, ESPECIALLY the general manager Kai Patry. He did helped a lot. A yell out for Mr.Kai Patry!
As for the conditions and cleanness of the hotel, I have to say that for a germaphobe like me, I was even happy with this hotel.
Guys, this is part of the luxury collection and previously the St. Regis, you can't find something matching this for the same price.

Convenient hotel, great service, a bit dated
