Looking tired
Posted 22 Jun 2021 on HotelsDespite an upgrade at check in the service was very patchy, no bath robes until day 2, no one a seeing phone for ages etc. A classic building but looking tired, fake speaker by tv had collapsed in revealing nails, exposed and antique plugs, rattling air con etc. The one thing it has going for it is location

Disappointing

The location was amazing, the bed was really comfy. Breakfast was ok, but other than that, everything was really great, would definitely stay again.
