This was probably the best hotel I ever been to. The size of the rooms and bathrooms are great, and very clean and comfortable.
The breakfast is amazing as well, and you get great service from the staff.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. River view from the room and the sky bar were gorgeous. The facilities were great, sizable pool and gyms with various equipments.The door lock and light switches were a bit out dated. We were surprised to see a small roach in the room. The breakfast was beyond excellent though. I would come back for staff and the breakfast.

Location was great. Close to the ferry station as well as MRT station. Easy to catch a ferry to Iconsiam mall, Grand Palace and other tourist spots.
The hotel is located above a mall and it was very convenient for last minute shopping.
There is a street food market right behind the hotel.

"酒店位置很便利，設施及餐廳都很棒。雖然泳池水溫偏冷，但小朋友在泳池渡過開心的時光，有救生員加分。遊戲室的活動豐富，即使不想手作也可打電動。美中不足是清潔人員及接聽電話員工英文能力需加強，因為小朋友半夜bedwetting，請房員重新鋪床但無法理解我的意思，有點無奈…."
