Room is clean, equipped with kettle, refrigerator & microwave. JR Chitose station is 10 minutes walk.

Little old but clean room still. Not so far from station, and you can board buses toward the airport.

I tried to change my booking date (moments after I hit submit) as it was accidentally booked on the wrong day, and they have yet to refund the date. As of now, very unimpressed with the customer service of this hotel. If the refund comes in for the changed dates, will take comment down and reconsider my opinion of the hotel once I show actually show up later this month...

The hotel located 10mins away fr the train station, and got many small restaurant nearby.

- Friendly front desk, but they seem conversant in English for check-in dialogue only
- spacious room
- slightly tiny bathroom
- nice hotel breakfast, it seems like local home cooked food which was very nice (I don't fancy five star hotel's buffet)
- only thing is the hotel is abt 500m away from the JR stn; abit of a challenge lugging your luggage to/from the JR stn

Pleasant surprise in Chitose!
Posted 29 Oct 2017 on HotelsAlthough it was a short stay, arrived late and left early, I would definitely go back when I need to go to Chitose. I will check in early next time and try some of the local eateries and bars. All in all, very satisfied with our stay.
