Christina and her reception staff are exceptional, excellent customer service all round. Location of the property cannot be better. The first apartment we stayed in had very thin walls, we could hear EVERYTHING that was going on in the next apartment. Christina immediately arranged for us to be moved to a villa overlooking the sea. We had a lovely and extremely relaxing holiday, I would highly recommend this resort.

Perfect service, late check-in (after midnight) was kindly provided to us (advance notice is required). Nice heated pool and warm jacuzzi (free of charge) were perfect additions to our trip in December. You can expect a lot of fun and activities at this hotel. They take 100€ deposit at check-in which returns to you in 2-3 days after departure. Rooms are HUGE, for 2 persons, we probably didn’t use a half of it.

Really nice hotel. Very big pool and enough sunbeds for everybody that wanted one. Nice poolside bar and good to have a happy hour! Within walking distance to lots of places to eat.

Good location and very nice staff.
Hotel is a bit dated, but seems like they are trying to renovate and maintain it. Pool and hot tub closed very early, but seems like this may be true to most hotels in Tenerife. Room was well equipped and clean, but had very thin walls and we could hear neighbors talk on the phone. We didn't have a good view, sounds like best rooms are used by their club members and sell out early.
We didn't like restaurant food and considered it a bit overpriced for what it was (both breakfast and dinner). They have a grocery store on site which was convenient, but again, overpriced. Almost non existent wifi.
Considering that we only stayed few nights, it was a decent stay to see the area.

Very nice holiday property. Clean pool and gym. Steam room will he an appreciable amenity in Spa. Overall pleasing staff and service.

This resort is always clean, bright and welcoming with friendly helpful staff. There is a nice calm atmosphere and great for a relaxing holiday whilst also providing decent tasteful entertainment. The restaurant and bars are also excellent. We are regularly visitors here (not timeshare/VIP members).
