"As we drove up to the entrance we were warmly greeted by the valet. He helped us u load the car and the bellman was right there ready to take our bags up to the room. Check in was easy and fast, and the staff at the desk were warm and friendly, letting us know how happy they were to have us. First impressions of the room it was clean nicely decorated, and I love the bathroom. The water was hot and lasted that way for everybody who stayed in the room. It smelled great and the linens were clean every single time we left to go somewhere somebody was right there to tell us have a good day or to help us get our car. I come to Universal at least once every year and I will definitely be staying here again."

"Stayed here during Anime Expo. If you want a place that is a bit away from the big event, this is a good choice. It's a lot quieter than the places by the convention center. The downside is you will need a ride to the event, but there is a shuttle service available. There's also a cafe and restaurant if you want easy food options."
