Homeless campers across the street keep the area clean and quiet. They are an asset.
Golden Gate Park is one block away, great for walking, running, or just enjoying nature.
The bathroom was freezing cold with a wide open window that was stuck open.
No microwave, no tissues.

you must understand, it is the location of this property that makes it what it is. the location is the best. when looking out of the room window one is on the ocean and across the street from the park. i could sing more praises but you get the picture. problems, 1. the homeless camp across the street. i will say they were very respectful. i had no problems with them. 2. not really very clean but not really very clean when it was a rodeway inn. (i have stayed at this property many times over the years.)
the important things: the bed was great. the heater worked. the water was hot. the microwave worked. i will be staying again. thank you.

The room was pretty ok, but seeing a collection of hair on the shower wall and under my pillow was a bit nasty. And there is a couple RV camping outside making tarp tents and so on, so there was a few screaming outbursts outside that bothered me while I slept. I'd probably stay here again if I can't find anywhere else.

Extremely dirty outside, Trish in hallways. We had bugs inside the room. It was unbearable and unsanitary to stay, so we left and couldn’t get a refund.
