Lengthy checkin process. Additional nightly parking fee though no public parking option exists. Room a/c outdated and slow to respond. Upon check room was 75*, took over 90mins to cool down to 68*. Rundown finishes. 3 star amenities and location at 4 star price

The overall stay was great but the room itself wasn’t as clean. When we left for the day and came back the sheets weren’t changed from the night before. I like the hotel it was nice and the in room service was great.

Wonderful safe location. Room was clean but bathroom tub was a bit old and felt gross. Overall a great stay

Generally good hotel. Occupancy rate seemed to be low during my stay. What I didn't like is -- they charge 20$ amenities fee per night -- which is on top of what I paid in Expedia. This was totally unexpected, so I thought it was unfair.

We loved this hotel! It was clean and spacious. The shower pressure was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. This felt very high end with a great price-point. Would recommend and stay again.

Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bed did not have a sheet. Despite calling the front desk to request either a bed sheet or a room change, no action was taken to resolve the issue. This lack of attention to basic amenities greatly impacted my comfort during the stay. Furthermore, the next morning, when I attempted to use the iron to press my shirt, I discovered that it was not functioning properly. This added inconvenience only compounded my dissatisfaction with the overall experience.

This is a fantastic hotel with a fabulous staff. The bar has excellent drinks, and the restaurant has scrumptious food. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are luxurious. This was my second time staying here, and I will definitely stay again if I get to go back.
