Hotel staff were great! Food in the restaurant was terrible. Worst coffee I've ever tasted. Restaurant bartender was not friendly on the evening shift.

Affordable, friendly and so close to the Wharf. Everything we wanted to do was walkable. Valet was quick to both pick up and drop off our car. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was so clean and comfortable

The hotel canceled my reservation without notifying me. This happened twice with the same reservation. Service is unacceptable, said that EXPEDIA canceled it, but EXPEDIA did not cancel it. It was the hotel they canceled it.

We loved everything about our stay at Hotel Zoe. Such wonderful & friendly staff really make it a personal experience. We especially appreciated Roy at front desk. His positive attitude and friendly demeanour are contagious. Always saying hello and offering great advice on restaurants etc. Such a joy ❤️ No doubt we will return.

Room was very clean and up to date. Area is safe but not that close some of the better restaurants and attractions in the city. The location was quiet allowing for a restful evening of sleep.
