The hotel is not that clean like photo. Also, I saw some homeless in side the hotel, hotel is not safe.

Customer service is great. Shout out to Theo for being energetic, attentive, and greeting my fiancé and I with mimosas. We stayed in a King bed and unfortunately the bed was way too firm and hurt my back. The rooms are small and the grey walls do make it feel even smaller. If you need a place to lay your head, this will do (if you like firm beds). Bathroom is very small too. The rooms don't seem to have good insulation as you can hear everything outside the rooms. It was clean and had character of a old building. I like the curved ceiling. I wouldn't stay here again to be honest. No complimentary breakfast. We paid around $145 plus $60 parking.

I love this hotel, it's staff, it's rooms, it's location. I recommend it often to others!

Enjoyed it was centrally located. The staff was awesome, Carlos, Maggie, and the rest of everyone there.

Best thing about Diva hotel is a convenient location. However, reserving a king deluxe room, received a queen bed room instead, also less smaller than in the description on the website. No windows-or I guess matte windows where you can’t see anything-that’s disappointing, it’s downtown of SF, no fresh air in the room.. Bathroom is very small too, the shower needs a renovation. Heating is also very old, was working so loud, so you can hear once you sleep, and it had a bad smell, which is not good for your body. But overall, good staff at the reception.
