Their was no AC and a heater that they couldnt turn off that made the room soo hot you barely stand to be in there and when we were trying to figure out how to shut off the heater a swarm of cockroaches came out of the floor and went up the walls. I had never seen something like that! For being on the 4th floor we also felt that it was a hazard that one of our windows could open up completely and had no screen or anything and was just soo close to the bed it felt like someone could fall out. The other window did not prop open and over all things were broken, not working, dirty and extremely old and the staff was absolutely no help whats so ever.
The area is also soo scary and soo many homeless people and their staff members were letting them in to use the restroom!!! I felt soo scared and unsafe we had to immediately leave and figure out other accommodation’s . This was the worst experience ive ever had anywhere

The amenities that were listed were not available when I arrived at the hotel. I paid for something that i did not receive.

Property recently renovated. Rooms a bit small but nice, no AC however. Area outside is scary however many areas in San Francisco are scary with the homeless problem. Staff nice. Uber in/uber out and you will be fine

Internet is very bad. Didn't expect the elevator is old style. You can hear the noise outside.

Staff was excellent, the property was historic and well cleaned. We felt the location was a little noisy, but overall convenient! Would stay again if I returned to the city.

Homeless people surround the hotel (which is a hostel at best)
Place smells terrible
Toilet in room did not work and we were told there was no one to fix it.

Beds were comfy and clean. Floor seemed a bit gritty. Hair in the shower that wasn’t ours. Baseboards need dusting.
