This hotel is amazing, the breakfast is out of this world and there are no words to describe the spa, but as a start it was stunning and the sauna, was spacious enough for 6 people to lie down in....

The good: The hotel was fabulous. Can’t fault it. Super clean everywhere, very comfortable beds, excellent friendly staff, wonderful food with no problem catering for my gluten free requirements. Wheelchair access was no problem. Great swimming pool with lots of sun beds. Ten minutes from the airport.
The bad: The area that it’s in! I went to Mallorca but I feel like I have been to Germany! All the shops, cafes and bars had German names. We were greeted in German. The beach was heaving with German people (aged approx 30-60) drinking and partying all day. I have nothing against German people, just disappointed to have been to a Spanish island and the area was not Spanish at all.
So in summary, I would definitely recommend the hotel itself but personally would not recommend the area.

This area in Playa de Palma, is characterized by its leisure and nightlife and visited mostly by german guests. Even so, the area changes a lot, depending on the season and each month.

Not very child friendly. Indoor pool had mold on walls. No towels or water or employee working at fitness center. 15 euro deposit for the beach towels. Nice shower in the room. No food available between 4pm and dinner. Not much to do at night within the hotel property. Good location to lots of bars and restaurants.

Wow, simply wow. We booked 10 days with breakfast and if we knew how good the food was, we would of booked for evening meal too. What a fantastic hotel, staff we helpful and tried their best to assist in any problem. Hotel itself was clean, rooms were lovely and the gardens and pools were kept in pristine condition. And the breakfast, well, there was so much choice that you didn't know what to have. It was all cooked superbly and some of it cooked just for how you liked. Oh and having cava with your breakfast, haha, certainly made me feel like I was on holiday.
I will be going back to one of the Hipotels in the near future if this is what the chain is like. We were close to a big German nightclub but never heard any noises late at night, so I guess the walls in the room are thick and the balcony glass door is triple glazed. Anyone who finds fault with this hotel must just like to moan, as it's as perfect as you can find.

Overall cleanliness and service were excellent, facilities were great. Food quality was very good and prices reasonable.
