My room wasn't what it was on the picture with the hot tub it was a small room with annoying Neighbors And A Running Toilet that wouldn't stop water wasn't hot enough it was more cold then hot everything wasn't what was sent to me false advertisement They Said Expedia put the False Picture up there It wasn't Knights Inn Hotel that's why I texting you I'm not Understanding what is going on Why I didn't Get the room that was advertised I have a picture I snap shot it please explain something to me

There was a spider on our pillow noticed it as soon as we came in theres now a small blood smear from where I had to kill it and also this property has roaches we killed one about an hour into our check in we paid a decent amount and was not comfortable at all to stay the full night we booked out of there at 4am we were exhausted and choose to drive home chayotes for hours instead of being able to get sleep because of the environment. The room was a deluxe and it was in terrible condition knobs are broken off the jet tub shower runs hot and cold spontaneously do not recommend unless you desperately need a hotel and even then no

Do not stay here! This place is terribly disgusting! There were cockroaches in both beds, mouse droppings on the floor and on the shelves near the microwave. The room was dusty! There were what appeared to be blood stains in the tub. The rooms that were showed to us reaked of cigarette smoke. There was hair all over the bedding and in the bathroom. The bedding was full of holes from what I assumed were from cigarette burns. The whole property was in destitute. Our daughter from being in the room for less than two minutes instantly suffered from a severe coughing spell. There was also a number of nefarious looking characters loitering and smoking in the parking lot outside of the rooms. This place was so gross I believe even a street hooker would be ofended by the premises. On a serious note though do not stay here!

Had to book an emergency stay due to family issues. The place is horrible. Booked a non smoking room with two beds. It smelled like smoke. The beds were very uncomfortable. Hair was literally everywhere. Bathroom was disgusting. Not what you expected. Refrigerator was disgusting, lopsided, and was leaking water. Not worth the amount you pay. Definitely would not recommend nor would we ever return. Just disgusting!

I stay often and occasionally things come up or I need assistance and they have never said no to any request they're wonderful people and for the money you just can't beat it
