Worst Ever Hotel!

So sorry to say that this Hotel is the worst ever hotel which I have been! The washroom is so dirty with yellow muddy on the bathtub. The wall is lack of maintainenance. The room is uncomfortable for you to stay even more than a minute. I finally escaped the Hotel and found another one in Gurney!

I likes hotel staff..very friendly..amenities and facilities also good..i also likes the beach.so cool...i'll repeat my vacation here.love copthorne orchid...

Mouldy shower curtain Pillow with bad smell, I called front desk and a new pillow arrived after an hour.... Everywhere In the room is old and not maintained Very disappointed and not worth for the price Bath tub is terrible and I have a two year girl, no choice but to put her into it for a short bath is a nightmare for me. I try to clean it but it still looks bad.... But to be fair the staff is nice and helpful

It seems like the hotel needs revamping as the room smells stale. Maybe it is off season so the bath towels stink as well. Breakfast was okay and they do alternate some dishes on the buffet.

Book Another Place

This hotel is gross. Two roaches on wall during the stay. Outdated and smells like mildew and mold both in the hallways and the rooms. The bathrooms have chipped sinks and tubs, and height of the bathtub is completely unsafe. The front desk is friendly but don't seem to be able to answer many of your questions. Free breakfast is highlight but both the pool area and the beaches don't make up for terrible aspects of the hotel.
