"Central hotel with lots of amenities around .shopping mall nearby . Free parking included . Staff friendly and helpful . The only downside is the decor looks tired and could be updated. "

"The environment was great however cleanliness for the room was not up to the standards. There’s obvious stains in the toilet bowl. The noise level was extremely high as well. Just a feedback to the management, the parking lot infront of our room was always occupied, I think priority should always be for the occupants instead of outsider who come to the cafe."

"Nice clean hotel. However, very noisy at night as the soundproofing isn't that great (can hear noise from neighboring rooms as well as the street). My room's toilet did not have an exhaust fan installed (there was an exposed hole in the ceiling along with wiring for an exhaust fan), however to be fair the hotel staff did offer to fix it but I was not in the room at that time. This should have been done before we checked in. But all in all, I'm happy with the stay."

"The hotel is right on the river surrounded by lots of dining options and cheap but good quality products for sale. Walking distance to almost everything in Muar including Tanjung Emas park, well worth a visit "

"I was looking for a clean, reasonably-priced and comfortable place for my family so I was glad I picked HS Farmstay for my June vacation this time. Though meals were not provided during this staycation, the Admin Manager, Mr Lee and his wife, Ah Lin exceeded our expectations by volunteering to drive us out to town to have our meals and do shopping on 2 afternoons and 2 nights. They even gave us breakfast and dinner treats on 2 occasions. They also went of their way to buy us durians. Though we missed eating the durians by a few minutes on our journey back to Singapore, we will never forget their hospitality and generosity."
