Primeramente llegamos y nadie nos notificó que la piscina estaba no apta para clientes. La estadía incluía, piscina y desayuno los cuales ninguno de los dos estuvo disponible y mi prioridad era la piscina ya que lleve a mi hija menor de edad y no pudo hacer nada. Definitivamente si todo eso lo hubieran notificado antes del check in no hubiera reservado.

Old, carpeting was dirty and disgusting and the pool was under construction. Also, we over heard other guests talking about bugs in their room. I’m concerned about my clothes and luggage. I will never stay there again.

Overall just dinghy and no water in the pool! Left and booked elsewhere.

Walls in the room dirty. Property outdated. The pool is closed and the breakfast is hot only on weekends and it was only eggs. Front desk receptionist was polite and accommodating. Overall the property needs a lot of works. I won’t book here again.

Not well kept. Dog feces in hall, cold BLACK MUD coffee at 8 am. Toast and hafl plain donut was breakfast. Juice machine not working. This was a place to sleep, just no towels for a shower.

A very deteriorated property in need of multiple repairs / improvements. Some outside doors do not lock at night (unsafe). Insects are visible in the rooms, (roaches. And ants), some faucets leaks (shower head), amenities are not functioning as advertised ( pools not functioning, continental breakfast offer only in certain days). Very disappointing stayed will not visit that hotel again.

The outside door remains unlocked due to the number of kids and families that stay here and always having guests coming in during any time of the day. Unfortunately, the hotel is under renovation, this includes rooms and a pool. We offer breakfast included in your room charges which means we do not charge any extra fee for breakfast.At the weekends its continental breakfast and during weekdays its cold breakfast this includes fruits, bread, coffee, and milk, with butter and cream cheese. we look forward to seeing you again and improve your experience with us.

This hotel is by far the worst, grossest, most run down hotel I’ve ever been to. The room was the most disgusting thing ever, it smelled awful. The carpet was stained and dirty. The toilet, tile and vanity in the bathroom were stained and chipped. The toilet ran the entire night. They advertised a pool but was in maintenance. We only stayed 1 night but i wouldn't go back. The front desk guy was not very courteous either. The only good thing I must say is that trying to rush out of there we left some shoes and we called to see of they found then, at first they said no but fortunately about an hour later we received a call from the hotel telling us they had them and we could pick them up. So I appreciate the honesty and the call back. Appearance and cleanliness are VERY important in hospitality. It did not feel safe to stay here.

Breakfast and coffee were gone by 8:30am. Staff didn't really care. Hotel was a bit old. Didn't like the area. Would not stay there again.

This hotel was terrible. The common areas were dirty. There was a homeless man sleeping in the down stairs hallway. The outside doors were enabled with key card entry. They didnt work. You could get in without a key. There was a cockroach in the stair well. There was fighting in the parking lot. The whole place smelled of marijuana. The breakfast was awful. The machines such as the juice were broken & empty for the 2 mornings i was there. They had to send a staff to the grocery store to buy juice. More often then not there was no one at the front desk to discuss the problems The pull out bed in our room was horribly broken. I had to wait for 30 mins for a staff member to check out. The pool was drained. They laughed at me when i asked about it & blamed it on spring break. There was loud music at all hours of the night. Trash thrown about the whole hotel. I cant even begin to tell you how awful this place was!
