"Above-average quality rooms for the price range. Great staff and plenty of food for breakfast. The only negative is that the breakfast room is too small for the number of guests, but I think most of the hotels around Disneyland are like this."

"Parking gate staff member ignored us and sat on her phone when we had an issue with the key card getting out. She was on her phone every time we drove by. Would be nice to have her help when she's being paid to be there."

"The HoJo was awesome! The staff were amazing! Our AC unit wasn’t working at first and they had maintenance to our room in less than 5 minutes and fixed it in about 2 minutes! They were super helpful with everything and very welcoming!! The only downside was that the elevator was soooooo slow in building two that it took forever especially as we forgot things many times! "
