Great location in Waikiki. Grounds are beautiful and staff very friendly. Kids loved the pools (paradise pool and Ali'i pool the most). Stayed in Ali'i tower - rooms a bit dated.

Property was great for a first time to Honolulu, would most likely take another option but strictly as we are not typically a resort couple.
That said, customer service top notch, room with the view was great, and comfortable. things we thought we were missing were immediately fixed by the staff including a lightswitch that was faulty within 12 hours.
Walkable but a bit of a hike to the life of Waikiki, totally worth it however. Value, views beach and close to the airport all worth it.
