Staff was incredible.
Rooms amazing with the exception of the terrible beds and linens.
Only complaint the resort fee we get charged is outrageous and the perks you get for it are falsely advertised.

On one occasion there was no room service at all --- no explanation was given despite being asked for clarification.....
On v. positive side: we arrived earlier (due to the airline changed schedule), and were instantly offered a temporary (at no cost), room until our designated room was ready.....

Perfect location with a great staff and food. They do need a sundries store however. A place to get ice cream or desert wouldn’t hurt either. Very comfortable and beautiful hotel. Would gladly stay there again.

If you like getting pampered, this is the place. Of course you pay for that pampering, but just saying. Had a 16th floor view of the ocean..Had a kitchenette and an in-room laundry which since we were in Hawaii for 9 nights proved very convenient. Couch pulled out into a bed which we needed for one night. not the most comfortable couch to sit on and the chair back was too straight up to sit comfortably. The only in-room coffee was the Nespresso machine but no full coffee maker. But after that it was great with the awesome view. Street noise was prevalent even on the 16th floor because it reverberated off of the surrounding tall buildings. But I'd definitely stay here again.
